Delivery Method: Construction Management
This method provides the client the ability to build a project team by joining the Architect and a Construction Manager
to manage the project's predetermined budget against the architectural drawings as they are being developed, and not waiting
until the drawings are complete and then discover there is a budget problem.
The Construction Management makes recommendations
to the owner concerning costs, constructability, and schedule.
